She enjoyed spending time with her family and her puppy, Toby. Jean also enjoyed working with her flowers. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great-great grandmother, sister, friend, aunt, and most of all, Frank's loving wife.
Jean was preceded in death by parents; son, Robert Rose; granddaughter, Sissy; in-laws, grandmother, aunts, and uncles.
She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Frank Rose Jr.; children, Wayne (Felissa) Rose, Cheryl (Jeff) Coleman, and James Rose; siblings, Ralph Brown, Susie Chamberlain, and Barbara Joyce Ealy; 18 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren; sister-in-laws, Bobbie Wade and Linda Rose; several nieces and nephews, special cousin, Sonya Murphy; and special family and friends, Alice Beck, Faye Wallace, Carol Perryman, and Melissa Rose.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 from 5:00-7:00PM at Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home, 2300 Adair Drive Knoxville, TN 37918. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2025 at 11:30AM at Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home. Pastor Rick Lemons officiating. A graveside service to follow at Greenwood Cemetery at 1:00PM, 3500 Tazewell Pike, Knoxville, TN 37918.
