Palmer, Stacey Lynn Welch 39 of Knoxville, TN went to her Heavenly Home Thursday, February 4, 2021 after a hard-fought battle with Huntington's Disease. She was a 2000 graduate of Central High School where she was a member of the marching band. Stacey studied American Sign Language at Pellissippi State Community College and worked as an interpreter for Knox County Schools.
She was preceded in death by mother, Theresa Feucht; father, Don Welch; and sister, Amy Christine Welch.
Stacey is survived by her children, Haley Palmer and Seth Palmer; brothers, Dean (Annie) Welch and Joshua Welch (Timothy Hendrick); step brother, Greg (Rachel) Ganues; step mother, Kathryn Ann Welch; nieces and nephew, Abigail Welch, Allysen Welch, Henry Ganues, and Elizabeth Ganues; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Family will receive friends Friday, February 12, 2021 from 4-7pm with a Celebration of Life to follow at 7pm at Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home. Interment will be at Love Chapel Cemetery on Concord Road in Robbins, TN at a later date.
