Wanda Fay Williams, age 76, of Knoxville, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday, August 26, 2025. She spent her childhood in Miami, FL. Wanda graduated from Immaculata La Salle High School in 1968 where she met the love of her life, Brian. They were married in Nov. of 1969. After Vietnam, they welcomed their son, Brian Jr. into the family. The family later relocated to Dallas, TX for work. Wanda retired from Michaels Stores, Inc. At the prompting of her son, they settled down in East TN for their retirement years. Wanda enjoyed arts and crafts, especially ceramics. She loved her fur baby, Sophie. Wanda was a loving wife and the best mother and grandmother. She was a beautiful person with the most giving spirit and will be greatly missed by all that had the privilege to know her.
Wanda was preceded in death by parents, Marvin V. Smith Sr. and Jeanette Kaleel Smith; brother, Marvin V. Smith Jr. She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Brian Francis Williams, Sr.; son, Brian Francis Williams, Jr. (Valquiria Vianna-Williams); granddaughter, Zoe Bella Vianna-Williams.
Celebration of Life service will take place Wednesday, September 3rd at 6pm at Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home, 2300 W. Adair Dr., Knoxville, TN 37918.
