Daniel Almendarez born on June 11, 1980 went to be with the lord on September 6, 2020. He was born and raised in Harlingen, Texas and was a 1998 graduate of Harlingen High School South. He loved to go fishing and help his grandmother with chores. He also loved going to church at St. Anthony's Catholic Church.
Daniel is preceeded in death by his grandparents Guadalupe Almendarez and Maria Almendarez of San Luis Potosi and his grandfather Jose Quintanilla of Harlingen, Texas. Daniel is survived by his parents Dagoberto and Maria Almendarez, Grandmother Micaela Castillo, siblings Dagoberto (Robin) Almendarez and Dahlia Almendarez and niece Jazmin Almendarez and nephews Dagoberto Angel Almendarez, Ruben Almendarez, Hector Almendarez, and Michael Almendarez all of Harlingen, Texas and many loving family members from San Luis Potosi, Minnesota, Port Isabel, and Harlingen.
