Fred Jacob Herman, 94, passed away Thursday, April 28, 2016 in the Atrium Nursing Center. Fred was born December 5, 1921 in Verona, NY to Albert and Emogene Herman. Fred proudly served in the U.S. Navy. Fred is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Virginia “Ginny” Herman; daughter, Cheri Lynn (David) Schlottman and Mary Gene (ED) Boling; granddaughter, Jillian Marie (Charles) Fischer; grandson, Eric Lee (Dani) Schlottman; great grandchildren, Katie and Sarah; and step sons, Doug (Evelyn) Roush, Don (Belinda) Roush, Dennis (Tina) Roush, and Duane (Rose) Roush; step grandchildren, Janae, Drew, Chelsea, Josh, and Andy Roush; and step great grandchildren, Makayla, Hayden, Aleah, and Kennedy.
