He is preceded in death by his father, James Jerome Koessel and brother, Randall Koessel.
Jimmy is survived by his mom, Beverly Ann Long (Keith Heiskell); four sisters; Deborah Butters Manning; Pam Cantu; Tina Long; Jamie Koessel. He also leaves behind 12 nieces and nephews; Savannah Butters; Sterling Butters; Chris Martin; Michelle Salinas; Katrina Martin; John W. Long Jr.; Chavon Lynne Berg; Khrystine Bachman; Gwen Schenk; Emily Kahnke; Lathen Purvis; Vanda Purvis.
Memorial Service will be held at Heavenly Grace Funeral Home located in La Feria, Texas on Sunday, August 20 from 10:00 A.M to 11:30 A.M. Arrangements under the direction of Heavenly Grace Funeral Home, La Feria, TX.
