Chuy loved spending time with his family. He was the life of the party and a ladies man. You would catch him dancing surrounded by his family and friends while wearing his Stacey Adams. When he wasn't dancing, you would find him fishing or taking a cruise down the rural roads. He was a man that was proud of who he was and an excellent handy man that would be there if anyone needed help.
Chuy is survived by his children Elvira Simental; Jaime and Martha Simental; Jesus Reynaldo Simental; his siblings Maria De Jesus Simental, Thomas Simental, Marcos Simental, Miguel Simental and Lilian Simental; his grandchildren Isabel E. Crow, Mark Peinado Jr., Alexandria Simental, Alexis Nicole Simental, Jamie Simental, Jessie Simental, his great-grandchildren Victor O. Chavez and Katie Crow.
