

John enjoyed living at Cottonwood
Creek 55+ Community, where he formed many meaningful friendships and was known as a kind and welcoming presence. He was a friend to all who had the pleasure of meeting him and truly valued the sense of community around him. John especially enjoyed sharing breakfasts with friends, creating memories filled with laughter and companionship.
He was a devoted sports fan, with a particular love for baseball and wrestling. More than anything, John treasured the relationships in his life—he deeply valued friendships and loved his family dearly.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Antoinette Risalvato, his brothers; Phillip(married to Julie) and Joseph, his sister Patricia Risalvato Edmonds, four nephews-Brady (married to Stephanie), Patrick, Phillip, and Vincent Risalvato-and one niece, Dr. Lauren Rissman (married to Brian). Additionally, he had one great-nephew and three great-nieces whom he had not yet met but surely would have adored.
John was preceded in death by his parents Pat and Cinda Risalvato, brother Vincent Joseph Risalvato, and brother-in-law Gary Edmonds.
John will be remembered for his warm heart, friendly spirit, and the lasting impact he had on those around him
