Jose Tomas Ramirez

Jose worked for Rio Grande State Center for 28 years as a therapist technician. He loved working with people.

He was married to the love of his life Frances for 55 years and had five children together.

His hobbies included fishing, going to the Alleys, garage sales and pawn shops. His favorite past time was sitting in the garage fixing everyone else's trash which was his treasure. Anyone who knew him was blessed with his jokes, pranks, laughter and amazing heart.

Jose is survived by his wife, Frances; his children Tomas Jr; Anna (Mark); Sulema (Mauro); Leticia; and Monica (David); and his sister Santos Reyes.

Jose was preceded in death by his parents Isabel C. Ramirez and Domingo Ramirez; his brothers Luis Ramirez; Baltazar Ramirez; Juan Ramirez; Domingo Ramirez and his sister Anita Ramirez; his grandson Patrick J. Hernandez.

A visitation for Jose will be held Thursday, March 9, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A rosary will occur Thursday, March 9, 2023 at 7:00 PM. A mass. our lady of assumption will occur Friday, March 10, 2023 at 10:00 AM. A burial heavenly grace memorial park will occur Friday, February 10, 2023 at 12:00 PM.
