Judith Ann Belisle

Judy, a resident of Somerset, Wisconsin, lived a life filled with love, laughter, and adventure. She cherished time spent with her family and friends, wintering in Texas, exploring new places on the back of the trike with her husband Bob, taking Sunday drives, or simply sharing good company. Her skills as a seamstress were legendary, from crafting Halloween costumes for her grandchildren to alterations and projects for those less skillful. She was also a key player in the family's massive Christmas cookie-baking tradition, her meticulous spreadsheets ensuring enough treats for everyone, even with double and triple batches.

Judy is survived by her husband, Robert Belisle; children, Dawn Evangelist, Denise (Dave) Bednarek, Lori (Dave) Branigan, Brad (Wendy) Harrison, and Scott (Missie) Harrison; grandchildren, Brenda (Dan) Sadowski, Kristi (Tim) Weigel, Courtney (Nick) Popenberg, Cody-Lyn Harrison, Randall (Liz) Harrison, Brandon (Adriana) Harrison, Taryn (Gabriel Medema) Bednarek, and Tony Bednarek; and 18 precious great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind brothers Dale (Donna) Liberty and Jack Liberty; sister Brenda (Richard) Masak; and many beloved nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. Her parents, Lester and Elma (Rivard) Liberty, and brother, Bernard Liberty, son in law, John Evangelist preceded her in passing.

A Visitation will be held Friday, May 3, 2024 from 10-11am at St Anne’s Catholic Church, 141 Church Hill Rd, Somerset, WI 54025. Mass will follow, with a luncheon afterward in the church basement.
