Ricardo Ruelas

Ricardo Ruelas De La Fuente of Santa Maria passed away on March 7, 2018 at Valley Baptist Medical Center at the age of 61. He was born on November 11, 1956 in Rio Bravo Tamps., Mexico, to Benito Ruelas and Paula De La Fuente.

He is preceded in death by his parents Benito Ruelas, Sr. and Paula De La Fuente Reulas. He leaves behind to cherish his beautiful memory, his loving wife Celia, 4 daughters; Sandra (Juan) De Leon of Bluetown, TX; Alma (Adan) Garcia of La Feria, TX; Maria Paola Ruelas; Paloma Yanira Ruelas. 5 sons; Adrian (Veronica) Ruelas of Harlingen, TX; Jose Maria De Los Santos of Santa Maria, TX; Ricardo Jr. (Maria) Ruelas of Santa Maria, TX: Aaron Ruelas of Santa Maria, TX and Armando (Stephanie) Ruelas of Mercedes, TX. 16 grandchildren and 1 great grandson. He also leaves behind 5 brothers; Raul, Rene, Rogelio, Benito Jr. and Jesus, and 5 sisters; San Juana, Josefina, Tomasa, Leticia and Raquel along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Sunday, March 11, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. at Heavenly Grace Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 12, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Heavenly Grace Memorial Park.
