Roberto A Benavides

Robert passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on February 27, 2018 after a fierce battle against the cancer that won. He was born February 23, 1967 to Jose and Maria Benavides in Aurora Illinois.

He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother Rico Benavides.

He is survived by the loves of his life: daughters Lila Benavides and Leslie Gonzales, grandkids Adrian Benavides, Caleb, Christian and Madison Hopkins, and Willow Gonzales all of Tennessee, brothers Joe, Ernan, Oscar, Chevy and Issac, and sisters Hazel, Lollie, Yvonne, May, Pam, Lilly, Pearl and Bridgette.

Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Assumption Catholic Church, Harlingen, TX with burial to follow at Heavenly Grace Memorial Park in La Feria, TX.
