He was a member of LaGrange Assembly of God, a Crane Operator for Sentry Steel Inc. and a member of Local 181.
Survivors include his wife Mary Smith Cornish; Sons Danny L. Cornish, James Wayne Cornish (Misty) and Trey Knight; daughter: Kristie Gonzales (Jered); grandchildren: Brett Gonzales, Hunter Gonzales, MacKenzie Cornish, Makayla Thornsberry and Aidan Lee Cornish.
A funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Saturday, May 3, 2014, at LaGrange Assembly of God with burial to follow in Valley of Rest Cemetery. Visitation at the Church from 4-8 PM on Friday.
