She was retired from the old Taylor Drug and Rite Aid.
Preceding her in death were her husband of 45 years, James Robert Vernon Sr., parents, father, Joseph Huelsman, mother Lillian Tabler step father, Charles Tabler; daughter, Sherry Gail Ford; grandchildren, Todd Elzy and Christopher West.
Survivors include her children, Bobbie Elzy, Marlene Smith and Jim Vernon (Judy); brothers, Charles Tabler (Jeanette) and William Tabler (Mary); grandchildren, Christine Hess (Dallas), Matthew Smith (Sommer), Melody Smith, Sara McCune (Mark) and Elizabeth Vernon; great grandson, Scott Ford (Michaela); great-great grand daughter, Luna Ford.
A private service will be held with burial to follow in Valley of Rest Cemetery.
