He was a native of Westport, KY and a retired farmer. He also was a former employee for the Bourbon Stockyards in Louisville and the LaGrange Utilities Co.
Frank was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Shirley Roberts Louden; a daughter, Shelly Louden; and a son, Alan Dale Louden.
Survivors include his children, Scott Louden (Jan), Julie Wolf (Jeff) and Mary H. Louden; his sisters, Aline Spencer and Reva Combs; a brother, J. C. Louden; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral service is noon Monday at Heady- Radcliffe Funeral Home, 311 West Jefferson St., with burial to follow in Valley of Rest Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home on Sunday from 1-8 p.m.
