Survivors include his wife of 41 Years: Melissa Ann Smith; children Kerri-Linn Paniagua, Jamison Smith, Shannon Rucker (John) and Colleen J. Smith; brothers Ronald Provost, Dennis Smith (Phyllis) and Raymond Smith (Cindy); sisters: Mary Chislom and Ginger Sherman (Bucky); 11 Grandchildren.
