He was a member of Southeast Christian Church, an Army Veteran and retired from Southern Wine and Spirits.
Survivors include his wife: Conchita “Connie” Robinson; children: George L. Robinson Jr. (Janet), Selina Aldridge (Steve) and Michael D. Robinson (Julie); sisters: Mary Fay Robinson, Velma Secrist and Ann Warren; brother: Donald Robinson (Betty); 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be conducted at Noon on Monday at Southeast Christian Church Oldham Campus with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Visitation from 3-8 PM on Sunday at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home and after 10 AM on Monday at the church.
