Janice was a dedicated entrepreneur with a strong work ethic and a passion for her community. She proudly founded and operated a successful bridal shop in Northern Kentucky. She also co-owned ACDC Engineering alongside her beloved husband, Donald Funk. Janice was known not only for her business accomplishments, but also for her unwavering devotion to her husband, her deep love for her fur babies, and her lifelong commitment as a devoted Republican.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Funk, her siblings, Vicki Cole, Patsy Tipton, and Tommy Cole.
Cherishing her memory are her nephew, Jonathan Roberts (Susan); her nieces, Shawna Cassity (Jack) and Courtney Cochran (Mike); her stepson, Bradley Woodings (Stephanie); her granddaughter, Courtney Woodings, and several great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
A graveside service will be held in her honor on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at Valley of Rest Cemetery in LaGrange, Kentucky.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Janice’s memory may be made to the Oldham County Animal Shelter.
