She was a member of LaGrange Christian Church and a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husbands: James O. Johnson Jr. and Forrest Hoffman; parents: John Henry and Lucy Katherine Goggin; sisters Mary Jo Layton and Martha Sue Pendleton.
Survivors include her children: James Larry Johnson (Sherry), Craig Henry Johnson, J.O. Johnson III (Cindy) and Gary Gene Johnson; sisters: Lois Mabry, Betty Ruth Combs (Bill) and Johnnie Johnson; 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Funeral Service 11:00 AM Friday at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home with burial to follow in Floydsburg Cemetery. Visitation 4-8 PM on Thursday.
