Jeffrey David Smith

He was born on October 9, 1958 to Walter Jr. and Beulah Smith in Evansville, IN.

Jeffrey was a talented checkers player, winning many tournaments and with aspirations of becoming a professional!

He is preceded in death by his mother; Beulah Smith.

Left to cherish the memory of Jeff are his father; Walter Smith Jr., siblings; Marquita Dimmock, Doris Thompson, Charlie Smith, Paul Smith (Denise), Kenneth Smith, Cindy Smith (John) and Windy Ratcliff (Alan), numerous nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.

A private celebration of Jeff's life will be held for his family at a later date.
