She was a member of Westport Baptist Church and retired Corrections Officer for KCIW.
Survivors include her husband of 65 years, Raymond Bell; children, Bryan Bell, Darren Jones (Lewis), Robert Bell and Kelly Bowlin (Jim); 10 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be conducted at 11 AM on Thursday, October 24, 2019, at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home with burial to follow in Valley of Rest Cemetery. Visitation from 4-8 PM on Wednesday.
