She was born to the late Chester and Ethel Workman in Bracken County, Kentucky on June 24, 1933.
Leoda retired from JCPS after 35 years as a School Bus Driver.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Roy Neal; infant daughter, Patricia Ann Matthews; and 7 siblings.
Left to cherish the memory of Leoda are her daughters, Debbie Thompson (Danny), Mary Dunn (Lee), and Pam Johnson (Doug); 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, extended family, and friends.
Private services were held at Resthaven Memorial Park, 4400 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218.
