He was born to the late Everett and Ruth Fryrear in Louisville, KY on October 21, 1947.
LeRoy worked as a sheet metal worker, loved to paint watercolors, and was skilled in woodworking.
He is preceded in death by a brothers; David Fryrear (Nelda) and Kenneth Eugene Fryrear, and uncle; Larry Webb.
Left to cherish the memory of LeRoy are his brothers; Joseph (Kaye) and Eddie (Nancy) Fryrear, sister; Anna "Ruthie" Smith, aunt; Lena Webb (Larry) And Tuck and Jean Osbourne, nieces; Teri Stansbury (Glenn), Phyllis Blake, Donna Osbourne and Crystal Faulk (Brad) nephews; Jimmie Jackson (Laura), Wayne Koons (Karen), Shawn Fryrear, Christopher Fryrear (Brittany) and Tim Webb, cousins; Tammy Campbell (Kenny), Maggie Reid (Dwayne), Cheryl Yanacek, Chelsea Yanacek and extended family and friends.
