

Lloyd Hans Crick, 72 of LaGrange, Kentucky, peacefully passed from this life on August 4, 2023 at the Robley Rex VA Medical Center in Louisville, Kentucky with his beloved daughters and family by his side.
Lloyd was preceded in death by his parents, Reese and Katharina Crick, along with his ex-wife Frances Crick. He is survived by his two daughters, April Crick and Alisha Crick, two sisters, Julia Allen and Eva Pace, six grandchildren, Austin, Peyton, Skyler, Davyn, Aislyn and Darrien, along with several cousins, nieces and nephews.
As a young teenager, Lloyd was instrumental in encouraging his mother and sisters to attend Highland Church of Christ in Louisville after the untimely passing of their father Reese. Through Lloyd’s action, he and his family came to know Jesus. Lloyd graduated from Atherton High School and served in the Air Force during the Vietnam War. Upon returning stateside, he worked for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as a graphic artist, where one of his pieces was once displayed on a wall in the Pentagon. Lloyd was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing and camping. He cherished spending time with his grandchildren, and he watched after his mother as she grew older. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to his friends and family in their times of need, and his generous and kind nature will forever be missed.
Visitation will be held at the Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home in LaGrange, Kentucky on August 10, 2023 from 4 PM to 8 PM. A celebration of Lloyd’s life will be held at Heady-Radcliffe on August 11, 2023 at 1PM, with visitation from 10AM until the start of service, Followed by interment at Floydsburg Cemetery in Crestwood, Kentucky.
