She was a member of Grace Baptist Church and the Fern Creek Deaf Club. Lou attended the Kentucky School for the Deaf where she met her husband.
Preceding her in death were her husband of 48 years, Gussie Woosley; parents, Earl and Cora Willoughby Lemaster; in-laws, Raymond and Mary Woosley.
Survivors include her children; Cheryl Woosley, Kevin Woosley (Melanie) and Earline Alice Maupin (Charles); siblings, Allen Lemaster (Virginia) and Ruth Bowles; grandchildren, Patrick Green, Alexandra Maupin, Corrissa Maupin, Carter Woosley, Erin Maupin and Douglas Woosley; great grandchildren; Taylor Green, Skylan Surrena, Zelda Green and Camilla Barnes.
A Celebration of Life will be conducted at 1 PM on Saturday, April 2, 2022, at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home with burial to follow in Valley of Rest Cemetery. Visitation from 10 AM until service time on Saturday.
