Survivors include her husband: Raleigh Phipps Jr.; son: Brandon Phipps (Erin) grandchildren: Brandon Phipps Jr., Brianna Jane Phipps and Bryce Robert Phipps; brother: Charles Walker III (Laura); sister: Stacy Walker; step-children: Tony Phipps (Cindy) and Cindy Phipps.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Saturday, February 1, 2014, at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home with burial to follow in Valley of Rest Cemetery. Visitation from 4-8 PM on Friday.
