Nancy Gwen Drury

She was born to the late Daymon and Naomi (McIntosh) Woosley on November 7, 1961 in LaGrange, Kentucky.

Nancy loved living life on her terms! She was a homemaker, caring for her children until they were in high school. She then entered the workforce spending time working for KFC and Rite Aid, "the busiest corner in Carrollton". Nancy loved caring for her cats Lulu, Chance, Callie, and Tommy.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 32 years, John Joseph "Joe" Drury Sr. and siblings, Ray Woosley, Gary Woosley, Arnold Woosley, Arthur Woosley, Diane Hendren, and Carol Hensley.

Left to cherish the memory of Nancy are her children, Shelly Drury-Meadows (Andy), Beneda "Kicker" Johnson (Matt Holman), John Joseph "Johnny" Drury II (Candy), Billy Joe Drury (Gwen), Daniel Allan Drury (Tina), and Amanda Rockwell (Phillip); 16 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, siblings, Brenda Coffey (Don) and Benny Woosley; sister-in-law and best friend, Fran Woosley, extended family and friends.

A celebration of Nancy's life will be held on Friday, January 17, 2025, at 2pm at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home, 706 W Jefferson St, LaGrange, KY with burial to follow in Valley of Rest Cemetery in LaGrange. Visitation will be from 11am until the start of the service.

Memorial donations can be made in Nancy's memory to Carroll County Animal Clinic.
