She was the oldest member at First Baptist Church of LaGrange where she served faithfully.
Preceding her in death were her husband, William Harris Sr.; son, James Murry Harris; sister, Daisy Banks; grandson, John Sanders Jr. and 3 great grandchildren, Cory Steadman Jr., Faith Cross and Raymond Cross.
Survivors include her children: William Harris Jr. (Doris), Joyce Smith (Taylor), Gloria Sanders (John), Pamela Roberts (Michael) and Linda Hardin (Lonnie); 14 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be conducted at 1 PM on Friday, January 5, 2018, at First Baptist Church with burial to follow in Valley of Rest Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 AM until service time at the church.
