He was born and raised in St. Louis Park, MN on March 10, 1944 to the late Thomas Glenn and Betty Jane (Bullis) Williams.
Phil was a member of Southeast Christian Church, LaGrange Campus where he really enjoyed his church group friends. As a kid, Phil loved all sports but mostly softball and broomball. In his retired years, he loved driving endlessly with the only goal to return home after seeing the sights. Above all, he was happiest spending time with his wife Debbie, playing with the kids, and sitting on the hill overlooking the lake at the cabin in Minnesota.
Phil retired from Sears after 35 years of service in multiple roles and management positions.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Deborah "Debbie" Williams and son, Ronald "Ronnie" Williams.
Left to cherish the memory of Phil are his children, Tim Williams (Nancy), Tony Williams (Laura), and Jenny Jannazzo (Joe); grandchildren, Ethan, Alexandra, and Dean Williams, Brandon and Allie Williams (Max Stahl), and Gillian, Mia, Gianna, and Isabel Jannazzo; siblings, Steve Williams, Lois Forsberg, and Doug Williams (Bonnie); extended family and friends.
A time of gathering to celebrate Phil's life will be held at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 706 W Jefferson St, LaGrange KY 40031 on Friday, March 28, 2025 from 4-7pm with the service starting at 6pm.
