She was a member of LaGrange Assembly of God. Sharon was a graduate of Kentucky State University, an RN and Director of Nursing for Central State Hospital, Old Mason Home and the ER at Jewish Hospital in Shelbyville.
Survivors include her husband, Wesley Yantz; children, Marvin Yantz, Roy (Vicky) Yantz, Darrell (Setha) Yantz and Ralph (Dee Dee) Yantz and Cheryl Ann Young (Bryan); brother, Larry Creech; 8 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be conducted at LaGrange Assembly of God at 1 PM on Saturday, September 16, 2017) with burial to follow in Valley of Rest Cemetery. Visitation 10 AM until service time on Saturday.
