Robert Leroy Ballinger, 84, of Lakeway, Texas, died on April 27, 2019. He was born on November 16, 1934 in Sterling, Colorado to Ralph William Ballinger and Dorothy Louise Peterson.

Robert attended schools in Bushnell, Nebraska, and NJC in Sterling, Colorado. He was a member of Mt. Olive Church.

Bob enjoyed golf; BBQ, and photography.

Bob Is survived by his wife, Norma Jean Ballinger (Levold); sons Robert William and Del Rae Ballinger; grandchildren Lisabeth Ballinger, Robbie Ballinger, and Rebecca Sue Leach; great grandchildren Zoe Olvera,, Shalya and Bryson Leach; sister and brother, Shirley Jean Patton and William Ballinger. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Services will be held at a later date.
