He is survived by his devoted wife, Velma and loving sons, Bobby and Daniel and sister Judy.
He graduated from Kansas University, moved to Houston in 1984 and Austin in 1997, developing Hill Country Blind Company, Austin's premier window covering business.
He was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Hattie and sister Patty.
Bob was loving, warm and generous, always helping friends and family and brought his whole heart and mind to everything he did.
He considered the 30 years he spent with his wife, Velma, the happiest of his life.
The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at Weed-Corley-Fish Lake Travis at 411Ranch Road 620 South, Lakeway, Texas.
