Atilano is survived by his wife of 67 years, Anita Villalon, five daughters Gloria, Maria (and Maria’s husband Julio), Ana (and Ana’s husband Stephen), Elsa, and Norma, and twelve grandchildren.
Atilano was naturally gifted and talented in many areas—building, repairing, mathematics, problem solving, and creating solutions with persistence, determination and skill.
Atilano had an entrepreneurial spirit with passions and hobbies that included real estate, business, cars, planes, and boxing, each reflecting his precision, grit, and joy in life.
A visitation will be held at Joshua Memorial Park Mortuary, located at 808 East Lancaster Blvd, Lancaster, CA 93535, on December 10, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
The funeral service will take place at Saint Junipero Serra Parish, located at 42121 60th St W, Lancaster, CA 93536, on December 11, 2025, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
Following the funeral service, a committal service will be held at Good Shepherd Cemetery, located at 43121 70th St W, Lancaster, CA 93536, on December 11, 2025, from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm.
