Born Feb 28, 1929 and passed away January 22, 2017. Bill was born and grew up in Mississippi. He served in the US Navy from 1948-1952 and worked at UAW at Ford Motor Company. A resident of the AV for many years. Bill was a member of the American Legion Post 311 for 31 years. He enjoyed his dogs, trips to town and gardening. Survivors include niece Cindy Silcox and her children Ryan and Glennan Silcox. Viewing will be held on February 3, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Joshua Memorial Park and Mortuary with services beginning at 11:00 with graveside to follow.
