A resident of the Antelope Valley for 40 years, Janet worked at Lockheed Martin in Palmdale where she was a hard worker and worked her way up from the bottom. Most important to her was her family. She was a loving wife of 36 years and a loving, devoted and dedicated mother to her children.
Preceded in death by her parents, Walt and Diane Alcott, Janet is survived by husband: Matthew Tiernan: children: Brandon, Brian (Hermilou) and Megan (Matthew) Babakhanoff, as well as her sisters, brothers, nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed by all.
Viewing will be held on January 2nd, 2017 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at Joshua Memorial with services January 3rd, 2017 10:00 am at Sacred Heart Church.
