 We were soulmates that first night. Was reading some of the same books of relationships .They provided   a  Spiritual  path  that lifted us to  love as  one.  He was a genuine person always .  He was the kind of man that knew how to 
Touch  a woman and then help her feel cared for.

He comes to me  in my dreams now and leaves love songs on my lips

My wife and I just found out the news of Jody’s passing.  Our hearts are heavy.  We first met Jody a few years ago, when he came to assist our church with the servicing of our sound system.  There was an automatic friendship connection, as he showed us a kindness, care and honesty that was so genuine.  He also had a great sense of humor.   He was a blessing to the church, and we will never forget him.  His superb skills gift is still reflective and resonate every time we turn on our sound system.  God bless his family, loved ones & friends, and may he Rest In Peace.

Please accept our sincere condolences upon Jody's passing.  Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.  Our family is so blessed that our lives crossed paths with Jody's. Rick met Jody when he hired him to work at Sears Automotive back in the seventy's, he also met Jody's dad then as he kept coming in to thank Rick for hiring Jody. Our son Michael recalled a few days ago how Jody took him on his first airplane ride along with Rick and our daughter probably 40 years ago. Michael has had a life long love of all things that fly. Jody was a kind, gentle and friendly person and a dear friend who will be missed. May your memories of Jody bring you comfort.

     We met about 20 years ago when Amber and I became friends. It has been a pleasure having you in my life. You were always there from allowing me to bring a bunch of Girl Scouts out to your recording studio to play and learn about what you do, being there when Amber was away in the Army , patrolling the AV on horseback with the Sheriff department’s mounted unit to allowing me to house my horses at your ranch when we had to evacuate due to a fire. Any time there was smoke in my direction I would get a text from you telling me “bring the horses over if you need, you don’t need to call first”. Your loving, caring and I’ll be there for you personality will forever be missed! You are now an angel in heaven watching over us!

Jody, our story began 43 years ago. We sang in choir together, started the schools first barbershop quartet together, enjoyed motorcycles together and flying together. Our career paths couldn't separate us, we stayed in contact and lived vicariously through each other's stories during phone conversations which occurred as often as 3 times a week. We were there for each other to help support and encourage each other through life changing challenges and saw each one through to the end. I have a memory of contacting you during one of my trips to India and the subject was a challenge that you questioned regarding an end and you were curious of how it may turn out...we continued the discussion and I shared with you an Indian belief, ( "In the end it will all be OK, and if it is not yet OK, it is not yet the end").

Jody was a delight to be around; always upbeat and interested in what you were doing and experiencing.  He will be missed dearly by all who knew him.

Jodi was one of the best guys ever and hanging with him working the Airshow, in his recording studios or at one of his gigs will always be a memory I will never forget . Always had the great one liners when I was up to my neck in chaos that would get me laughing . Love and prayer sent out to his family and just want to say  entering into rest is not the way I see Jody , somewhere he's hard at it spinning the tunes and making people happy ! Till we meet again someday keep those skies up there blue for us left behind Buddy !  You just rocked the AV from beginning till the end !

you have been a friend to a lot of people you touch.  I have work two jobs for 30 years one was Northrop Grumman full time and my second job was working for Kepple Union school district, I remember you Doing Dj for our after-school programs which the students truly enjoyed,  you have been a very outgoing person  and have been Loved by so many,  when I went to my other job at Northrop Grumman  it was  a great surprise to find out that you worked at northrop grumman also, ! the things we do to support our family,     Jody, you have Been  a true friend not only to me  but to alot of others also, to this day Like  Me ,and  others are still in shock, you will me missed My friend,

My thoughts are with the family.  Jody was such a special person - he helped out with the Los Angeles County Air Show and he was great to work with.  He will be missed, but I will remember the B-2 Model that he and Traci gave to me after one of the shows.  They are both very special and we had all survived so much during the show. My very special friend you were always at a hand reach to help me with the music I needed for dance lessons you DJ at my wedding before you even knew you were going to be a Super DJ .You did so much for me with my mother's 80th birthday . Even helped me out with her funeral last February . My heart is hurt knowing I will not see you again I loved you like a brother .We have had many talks about our faith and I know how strong yours is .Your in the hands of our Lord now and Blessed .Your friend always RIP  Dee Martin

Working next to each other has been a true blessing for me, I miss my neighbor.  I miss your stories and corny jokes but I will remember them always.  You have a personality that is contagious and a demeanor we all aspire to have.  May you have sweet rest my friend.
