Born June 11, 1928 in Wahpeton, N.D., to Ed and Lillian Holm on May 31, 2016 in Lancaster, Calif. Max lived in the AV for 20 years where he worked as a Real Estate Attorney and Broker. He loved reading, church activities, Real Estate Investments and restoring classic cars. Max served as the International President of the YMCA in 1981. Max is predeceased by his parents Ed and Lillian. He is survived by his wife Mary Larson; children: Ed (Anne) Larson, Lorrie Hovey, Sally Larson; grandchildren: Carl (Amy) Hovey, Summer (Mike) McGee, Carrie Larson, Sarah Larson, Dillon Larson, Max Larson; great-grandchildren: Thomas Hovey, Monica Taylor-McGee, Mikenzi McGee, Mykah McGee, Michael McGee, Madeline McGee, Caly Camfferman. Services will be 12:00 pm, Saturday, June 11, 2016 at Palmdale United Methodist Church. Services entrusted to Joshua Memorial Park and Mortuary.
