Rosa Borunda

With profound sadness, we announce the passing of our beloved Rosa Borunda, a woman of remarkable faith, grace, and unwavering love, who went home to be with the Lord on Saturday October 5th, 2024 at the age of 86.

Born on March 14th, 1938 in Jalisco, Mexico, Rosa lived a life guided by her deep faith and love for Jesus Christ. Her heart was dedicated to serving God, her family, and her community.

She had a contagious smile and brought peace and light to everyone in her presence.

Rosa cherished her family deeply and instilled in them the values of love, kindness, and faith.

She leaves behind a legacy of love celebrated by her husband of 55 years Jose R Borunda, their two children, Rosa Esela Medina and Jose R Borunda Jr. With 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, who will miss her deeply.

A service to celebrate her life and faith will be held on November 1st, 2024 at Joshua Mortuary and Memorial located at 808 E Lancaster Blvd, Lancaster Ca, 93535

The service will be held at 11am till 2pm, following the interment at 2:30pm.

Though our hearts ache with her absence, we rejoice in knowing she has found her eternal home with the Lord. Her memory will continue to live on through the lives she touched.

May her soul rest in peace, and may her faith and love continue to shine through all of us.
