Simon Lewis Sr. was born in Lafayette, Louisiana to the late Genevive and Ernest Lewis. He also leaves his stepmother Dorothy Lewis. He also leaves to cherish his memory his wife Sheryl Annette Lewis. He leaves his daughter Christina D. Lewis and his two sons Simon Lewis Jr. and Christopher M. Lewis. He leaves Three grandsons Van Franco Lewis, Ean Michael Lewis and Lucas Effrain Lewis.
Simon leaves behind brothers Joseph E. Lewis and wife Gayle Adam Lewis and wife Rosie, Antoine Lewis Sr., James Achane and Richard McDowell.
He also leaves sister Bella Lewis, Princess Mcdowell, Pheobe Lewis, Stephanie Coleman and Patricia Soloman.
He is precede in death by his parents and brothers Johnny Lewis, Ronnie Mcdowell and Howard McDowell also by sisters Genevive Lewis, Mary McDouchet and Rose Williams
He has a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
