So many memories of my dad, he loved New Mexico green chile, we roasted 70lbs of chile this past August, pops took his half, cousins from Lamar, Colorado sent us box of Pueblo Chile, pops liked it.  We often talked about my late sister Mona ( RIP sister ), pops missed and loved her, he always believed in her, they are together now. Pops was not shy to use the belt on Mona and I when we deserved it.. lol !  Pops and I joked like a couple of teenagers at times, we would laugh until our sides hurt..  I only saw him cry once in my life when his mom passed away. My mom has had difficulty this past year, dad would visit her everyday rain or shine, he would be by her side,  pops called my mom  " his cookie " my mom smiled every time. When I was a child, pops would take me to his favorite spots in L.A. for fried shrimp on Sundays or to A&W Root Beer for bowl of chili and a root beer float. Dad was able to talk to his brother Gene,  his sister Alice, sister Mary and his niece Gloria, nieces,  nephews and grandchildren before he left us. At 89 years old, pops had a good life, mom and I were with him at his last breath, they were holding hands forever, thank you to my sister Theresa and Brother in law Michael for making this happen by having them in their home. Thank you to wife Annie, my soulmate for all she has done this emotional time, she loved Pops and cooked his favorite meals when he visited,  My dad went peacefully and little pain, he was a good man and best friend, I will love and miss him forever.. RIP Pops, we'll see you again

Dad was a best friend, we laughed, we joked, we hung out just watching Dodger games, football and boxing parties at my son Christopher and daughter in law Melissa's house.. I was able to spend much quality time with him, being a good son to a good father, I took my father to breakfast the Friday before he passed which turned out to be our last meal together,  pops had fried papa's, eggs over easy and bacon.. he ate all of it.. on Tuesday October 26th at 5:00pm, as my  mom and dad held hands and I cradled my father's head, my dad took his last two breaths,  mom and I wept.. RIP Pops, miss and love you forever, we'll see you again

Rest In peace gramps, Love and miss you always. See you again someday.

what a true blessing it was having Tony with Theresa an me for the last year and half as it gave me the privelage to get to know him better. We had some great conversations and many laughs that I will be able to cherish the rest of my life. Thank you so much for the memories Tony, it was a great honor to know you and become part of your family, I will miss you...till we meet again

What a blessing to have the last dance with my father “I Love You Dad “!🥰❤️

My grandparents house was like my second home. It was cozy, warm, and full of love. My grandparents were always happy to have their family there, especially when Anngelina, Joseph and I would spend the night. Whatever made my grandma happy, made my grandpa happy. He is a strong, handsome and calm man. My favorite memory of my grandpa Tony is when me n my cousins would spend the night and get a little loud and my grandpa would get upset and say “hey you kids, you better cut that out or I’m going to get out my belt!” But I would joke around and say “that belt is brand new in its case, he’s not gonna bring it out.” And we would laugh about it. My grandpa holds a special place in my heart. We even have the same tattoo of a small black cross even though he didn’t want me to get it. Now it will always be a little piece of him that I can carry around with me. 

It’s never a goodbye, its a see you soon. Growing up I would spend most of my summer day’s with you, and grandma taking up every min in the pool along with Alyssa. We would take trips to the store to pick out chips, drinks, and candy’s. While you allowed us to slide around on the dirty floor with only our socks! Yet, you didn’t mind at all. You were just as happy, and excited to be enjoying the time with us as we were with you!  
That is my favorite memory love you grandpa. 

Aunt Patsy, Chris, Teresa and the Perez Family, we are deeply heart broken over  the loss  of your father (devoted husband, beloved father / grandfather and beloved Uncle.)   Our prayers, thoughts and condolences are with you and the family .... RIP Uncle Tony, our love for you will always be in our hearts.

My  heart is broken.... Rest in Peace Uncle Tony.  I will always remember your "laugh".  and "handsome smile"....I will cherish the memory of you swimming in our pool during our Family Reunion.  Here is this man who is in his  80's actively swimming and having a great time.  Who swims and does that  in their 80's!! I found that remarkable!!  Most  80 year olds are sitting in their recliners but not my uncle Tony!  Always active!  Love you and you will be greatly missed but in my  heart forever....  Love, your niece, Valerie Perez-Molina

He was one of the kindest nicest guys I ever had the pleasure of knowing, I enjoyed every partyand  get   together at my daughter  home  he was  always a joy to be around him and his wife  love both of them I'm so sorry for your loss 😢

My father served our country in the army from May 1951- November 1956. 

The love between my dad and mom was simply amazing I refer to their story as being the true “Notebook Story” My father never missed a day without spending time next to his “Cookie” while she was in the nursing hospital.  Their immense love for each other is the definition of “TRUE LOVE” absolutely beautiful
