Arthur Yelton, 87 of Las Vegas, Passed away on October 11, 2014 he was born to Ruford and Lena Yelton in Watova, Oklahoma on December 2, 1926. He served in the US Army; later in life worked in the Oil Fields as a driller before becoming a Foreman for ARAMCO in Saudi Arabia prior to his retirement in 1985. Preceded in death by his parents and 5 of his 6 brothers, he is survived by his wife of 65 years Doris Arlene Yelton, Two Children Derrek Yelton and Darice Jorgenson; two grandchildren Christopher Cline and April Cline; and one brother Harold Dean Yelton. Funeral Services will be held at Palm Mortuary – Downtown 1325 N Main Street, Las Vegas, NV 89101 on Friday, October 17, 2014 at 9:00am with burial following at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery at 10:40am.
