

Billie Gene “Bill” Paddack died peacefully, surrounded by family in Las Vegas, NV on March 22, 2016 at the age of 84. Bill was born on September 13, 1931 in Hico, Texas.. He served in the Army from 1953 to 1955, after of which he lived in Farmington, NM and worked for Dowell Chemical, where he met and married the girl of his dreams, Joyce Nelson. They were married September 21, 1957. After moving to Las Vegas in 1961, Bill began working at Nevada test site prior to going into business for himself. Bill became a Nevada State Contractor in 1967 and formed Sunrise Fencing, Sunrise Enterprises of Las Vegas, and Las Vegas Toilet Rentals, Inc. Bill Paddack was raised in the Masonic Lodge, Vegas 32, in 1968. Bill is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Joyce Paddack; two sons, Billy W. Paddack, Charles D. Paddack and wife Deana Paddack; one daughter Yvonne Paddack; seven grandchildren, Brian Paddack, Matthew Paddack, Lauren Paddack, Billy W. Paddack Jr., Hanna Paddack, Jennifer Paddack and Oren James Paddack; great granddaughter, Aryana Krause; all of whom live in Las Vegas, NV; two sisters, Martha Wittenberg (Darwin) and Judy Lackey Paddack, both of Texas. A funeral is scheduled for Friday, April 8th @ 11:00am at Palm Mortuary on Main St., followed by a procession to the Veterans Memorial in Boulder City, NV @ 1:20pm. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Bill’s life.
