I will miss you Cheryl. .  We shared grandchildren, Hope and Peter. We were both there when they were born and together for most of our family celebrations.  She loved her sons, Michael and Shawn and often told stories of when they were growing up. She said she had a house filled with hungry football players and she loved cooking for them.  She volunteered in the nursery  at church.   She loved the Lord and watched church on line when she couldn’t attend. I will miss our visits and time together.   Bye sweet Gran Gran Cheryl.

Cheryl and I became fast friends while working as co-managers on company's check processing team .  She had a brilliant mind for creating new processes and we faced a lot of challenges together.  We had a lot of laughs and faced a lot of challenges together.  She will definitely be missed.

We were so saddened to hear of the sudden passing of Cheryl, your  beloved Mom and grandmother.  She always talked of you, boys and of the grandkids with such love and pride. Always remember how much she cared for you all. One memory we have goes way way back to the days when Michael and Ryan were babies, maybe their second summer when they were about a year old. We two families went camping together to sky high campground and it was quite the comedy and challenge of packing up all the baby gear. Remember we were first-time parents!  We packed high chairs, swimming pools, strollers, swings and a million toys. It's a good thing we had a van and a big car.  I think we had a good time, but I also think we didn't do that very often again.  There are a lot of other memories and we hope that we can share them together sometime when we are able to see you. Love and hugs from Jerry and Gloria.

I’ll miss you always my sweet Cheryl. The most generous, kind and loving woman. You lit up every room you walked in and your presence will be missed. I’ll miss decorating for Christmas together and our laughs. Love you forever.

To The Oleston Family, we send our deepest condolances. We are never ready to lose the ones we love, but may it bring you peace to remember that life is eternal and that we will be with our loved ones again.  It was always a joy and pleasure to see Cheryl at family functions. When she lived in Las Vegas she would often make the long drive to San Diego for special family occasions, and we didn't know that she would be there, it was a such a nice surprise to see her, we had very very nice conversations. Cheryl will be missed. Sending our love and blessing to all of you. Paul and Rhonda.

Cousins Jerry, John, Ron and Barb all got married within18 months of each other.  And.. we all had our kids in the same year.  This picture was taken at Jerry and Gloria's for what I believe was for Ryan's first birthday  Gloria, Debbie, Cheryl and Barb intently placed each of our kids in a row for a picture.  That is how fast 50 years goes!

Cheryl was among my first bosses at Gallagher Bassett. When I think back to my earliest days at Gallagher, I vividly remember how Cheryl taught me a lot about the importance of organization and attention to detail when I was part of the Gallagher Center of Excellence’s old check processing team and mailroom. As Cheryl interviewed me along with my first boss at the center when I was applying for my first job there, had it not been partly for her, I would not be who and where I am in my life today, because that ultimately enabled me to move out of LA to Vegas and start living with my then-girlfriend and now-wife. I am extremely and eternally grateful for that and all she did for me and I will greatly miss her; my condolences to her family and friends.

I will miss my cousin Cheryl.  When we met there was an instant bond. I would go to her house in Janesville and she took me on a roadtrip to Texas. We always had something to talk about. She was very important to me. I would see her in Vegas and took my 2 year old to meet her and the family in California. We both loved to read and could be comfortable sitting together just being quiet and relaxing. I’m so very sorry Michael and Shawn.
