DARRELL E. PRESTON Darrell E, "Dink" Preston, 91 of Las Vegas, passed away on Saturday November 5, 2016. He was born on October 17, 1925, to Harlan Preston and Jessie Slayman, in Coshocton County Ohio, and was a 40 year resident of Las Vegas. Dink served in the United States Navy and was a retired flooring installer and master carpenter. He was a wonderful and caring and loving and devoted husband, father grandfather and friend. No mater what you needed , Dink was always there for you. Dink was preceded in death by his parents and Granddaughter Stacey Pfieffer. He is survived by his loving wife, Sophie; his daughters, Susan and Karen; son Daniel; and grandchildren Tyler and Ryan. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends. The family request a private service with donation made to the Las Vegas Kidney Foundation. " Rest in Peace Dink. You will remain in our hearts forever."
