Dolores Dee Powers, 77, of Las Vegas, passed away Sunday, Aug. 21, 2011. Dolores was born June 4, 1934, in Troy, N.Y. She was a retired secretary for the State of New York Controller's Office. She is survived by her three sons, Christopher and John Powers and Earl McQuade; one daughter, Debbie Martin; and her loving grandchildren. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 25. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 26, both at Palm Mortuary, 6701 N. Jones Blvd. Burial will follow
