As we enter this chapter in our lives, it is without our son Dominic Tegano II, whom we lost on July 25, 2024. He was 49 years old. His parents are Dominic and Susan Tegano. Dominic II was a fifth generation Nevadan, his ancestry dates back to 1868 in Northern Nevada, after the Civil War with the coming of the railroad. Dominic graduated from Bishop Gorman High Schooling 1993, proceeded by college in Reno, UNR. Dominic was spirited, talented and wholesome person. He cared for so many individuals throughout his life. He cared too much sometimes and his big heart would break if he could not fix someone's pain.
Dominic had many passions he enjoyed creating with his artistic talents, be it cars, Harley Davidson, painting, sports, tools, fitness and cooking. Dominic could fix anything with ease. His enjoyment of sports brought him to baseball, football, tennis, physical fitness and bicycling to name a few.
Dominic was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Bob and Pansilee Larson, of Winnemucca, Nevada. His Paternal grandparents, John and Helen Tegano, originally from Steubenville, Ohio. Two Uncles, Rick Larson and Beau Larson, and Aunt, Lana Larson Leber, and his Cousin Charley Tegano. He is survived by his brother, Michael (Christy) and Brennan Tegano. Sister Anna (Chris) Jackson and their daughters Sadie and Palmer, whom he adored! Many Aunts and Uncles and cousins and second cousins.
There will be a Mass, in the future, with Father Bill at Holy Spirit Catholic Church.
