Dora Elias Stern

Dora Elias Stern, age 65, of Las Vegas, Nevada passed away on Saturday, November 19, 2022. Dora was born in El Salvador. Dora was born on February 17, 1957 to Berta Ramos Elias. Dora was a woman of faith and a devoted Christian woman. She married Joseph Anthony Stern on March 17, 1994 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She worked as a preschool teacher for over 18 years at Candil Hall Academy. Dora Elias Stern is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Anthony Stern; her mother, Berta Ramos Elias; her sister, Lupe Mora; and her stepson, Michael Stern. Dora Elias Stern is survived by her daughter, Karina Hall; her sons, Ulysses Ruiz and Matthew Elias; her stepchildren, Joey Stern, Tracy Stern Hutchinson, and Stephen Stern; her sister, Carlota Myers; her brother, George (April) Ramos; her grandchildren, Chelsey Schacht, Jason Schacht, Sophia Hall, Kevin Ruiz, Michael Stern and Jo’Elle Stern; her stepgrandchildren, Lindsay Vinacco, Joey Hutchinson, and Gabby Stern. Her family and friends will continue to remember Ms. Dora. Dora is in the care of and funeral arrangements have been made by Palm Northwest Mortuary. A Celebration of Life for Dora Elias Stern will be held at Canyon Ridge Christian Church, 6200 W Lone Mountain Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89130 on Saturday, January 7th at 1:00 pm.
