Today is the first day of a new life for us. It is now time to rejoin my lifetime, sweetheart. I can’t tell you how happy that will make me. I do want you all to know that no matter what, I want you to be happy too.

Please get your sadness over in a hurry and have a party. Send in the clowns and send up the balloons. Talk about me all you want as I know that what you say, you have already told me hand have shown me over the years. Talk about your Daddy and I all you want and when you want. It helps bring happiness and laughter.

I know you will miss me and always love me, as will I, all of you. I will be watching over you and the only regrets I will have, is that I will no longer be in a position to write any more letters to you, or make you a list of things that has to be done, or tell you how to drive, or do the grocery shopping, or make suggestions as to how to spend your money.

I have fulfilled all the things that I wanted out of life. I have been happy all my life. I have been fortunate to have a wonderful family who have been there for me all my life. Now it is time for you to go on and make your lives as happy as your Daddy (Grandpa and G.G. Pop) and I were over all the years.

It is hard to let go of someone close to you, but life goes on and when the time comes, and you have lived your life out like I have, you have to face the music and go on. This generation is fading away and the new ones keep coming on. That’s the way it is.
