From Troy: “Dad was the kindest person I knew always teaching me how to take care of myself. If he seen someone that needed help, he would help them. I know he’s happy in heaven with mom and his two angels. Rest in peace dad”.
From Jackie: “Dad was a fighter he was a survivor. He taught us how to survive for ourselves as well, we then taught our children the same, so he embedded survival into his family. Dad was a great provider, and he cares for his children all four of us dad showed us that even if you have a disability there is still hope. Dad never settled for less, he accomplished many goals, and he loved our mother took her hand in marriage, they went on to California to make a good life buying homes and have a family they traveled the world and enjoyed many adventures. They then decided to move to Vegas to retire and there they enjoy life together. Dad was steadfast, he meant what he meant, and he did what he said he would do. He was a good man, a great man I call dad, a champion and scholar. Daddy, I’m going to miss your singing, dancing, and the stories you used to tell us about the extended family and about the times when you and mom were younger. When we were kids, I remember the times we used to all take a ride in your big Cadillac to go get ice cream, go to the movies, or wrestling. We were lucky to have had a great father and mother. Thank you. Dad, I love you and I’m going to see you and mom again in heaven because that’s where the good go, rest in peace daddy and mom your together again now. Let the heavenly Father and Jesus know I said hi”.
From Eferon Jr.: “Dad was a go getter; he lived his life to the fullest. He and my mom traveled the country and the world to see many places. Dad was a great role model; he worked hard every day to provide for the family he loved. As a child stricken with polio that caused paralysis in his left arm, dad never made excuses for his disability. He was the definition of strength and perseverance; and he was a good man! Dad, you will truly be missed and loved forever. We know that someday we will all see you and mom alive again in heaven. Until then I commit your soul to the heavenly Father and Jesus Christ”.
From Marilyn: “Daddy was a great provider for his family. He was always available to talk and give advice. He had a stern attitude but was loving. He showed us that in his way. I would not have traded him for no one else as a father. He taught me so much on how to be independent and never take no for an answer. He loved our mom with all his heart. A great dad and he will be missed. May God bless his soul”.
THE BEST
God saw you getting tired, and a cure was not to be; So he put his arms around you, And whispered, “Come to Me” With tearful eyes we watched you, And saw you pass away; Although we loved you dearly, We could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands to rest, God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best.
