Elmer Edward Leuschen

He was born November 12, 1958 in Buffalo, New York to parents Jack and Beverly Leuschen. He found his soul mate and love of his life, Jacqueline Cochran, at the age of 23. Elmer and Jacqueline lived together for many years before accepting her as his wife in Little Rock, Arkansas on October 10, 2000.

Elmer was preceded in death by parents: Jack and Beverly Leuschen, brother: Douglas Leuschen, and sister: Susan Haskins. He is survived by his wife, Jacqueline Leuschen; 2 daughters, Kristy Bennett and Erin Leuschen; 4 grandchildren, Blaise Deussen, Barker Deussen, Jonathan Bennett, and Denise Bennett; and siblings: 1 brother, John Leuschen, and 3 sisters, Cindy Rogers, Tammy Runyan, and Janet Holmes.

In celebration of Elmer’s life, the family requests that everyone wear shades of blue. A visitation for Elmer will be held Friday, August 29, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Palm Mortuary - South Jones, 1600 South Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89146. A celebration of life will occur Friday, August 29, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, 1600 South Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89146. A reception will occur Friday, August 29, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Palm South Jones Mortuary, 1600 South Jones Blvd., Las Vegas, Nevada 89146.
